I dont really have a problem with divisions. There has to be some kind of structure somewhere, and when every team doesn’t play every other team in a conference, some sort of tiebreaker has to exist. I’m just saying that, while in most circumstances conference tiebreakers are uneventful, there are sometimes weird circumstances where the better all around team loses its division tiebreaker. Such as 2017 and 2011 Alabama.
