Julio has been spectacular over the past month,I know he will be a big factor in the iron bowl!

ESPNU has some good stuff. Going to be a great iron bowl,with a Bama win! Peace out,Roll Tide!!!
I still wonder what has happened to our run game between the tackles, it is almost non-existent, even tonight against a start-up FCS school. :eek2:
Few things I took away for tonights game:
1) Bama on Thursday feels weird, but I'm glad we get a couple of extra days to work on AU.
2) We still struggle with imposing our will on a defense, we didn't get a good push against an FCS start-up even though we greatly out-weighed them. I don't know what the deal is. The good runs were mostly outside of the tackles and mainly due to the speed and toughness of the RB.
3) I'm truly thankful for the talent that we have, but I'm a little disappointed that some of our more highly recruited guys haven't turned out (j harris, bj scott, t love) but I'm really glad they got some action tonight.
4) It was great to see the stars up their supporting the practice squad when they got some snaps. I really think MI was laughing at Ezell being on the field.
5) Please don't flame me, but Star Jackson couldn't lead a YMCA football team. It is written all over him. He has a poor attitude toward the dedication it takes to play the QB position at any level. I have a feeling he was one of those guys that coasted on pure talent through HS. In the short time the camera was on him he was constantly rolling his eyes and generally not even acknowledging his teammates. Poor body language. Its no wonder he's 3rd string. I'm glad he's gone and wish him well, but bama needed that scholly back.
6) CJ Mosley is always in the right position of passing plays. As a true freshman he has already grasped the nuances of Saban's complicated scheme. We are witnessing the growth of the next great Bama LB.
7) I don't think I've ever wanted an Iron Bowl victory as bad as this one. I suggest that the student section all wear black FBI t-shirts, but first they actually have to show up. I was disappointed that in the 3rd quarter the camara caught an empty student section during an extra point. I know its GSU but I just don't think the current student body is as fanatical as those in the past.

i do agree, but the words are more appropriate this game than any other game this year.......just sayin'Ok FANS we didn't have to play the Rammer Jammer this time, it was only GA ST.
I actually understand the students not being there for this one. I have a cousin currently on campus and he didn't go because a project due in a class tomorrow. There were probably quite a few that actually had to do something connected to their education.

I'm sure that's the reason whiny Bill looked mad after the game. He always hated RJ, so I'm glad they played it. He's one of the people that helped get it banned.
