I was listening to the game on the internet. How did we pick up those fouls? It sound like the officials were little trigger happy. Did any of you watch the game?
I agree,

During the last three minutes of the game those zebras called EVERY touch, and they called them faster than most games.

Anything that would stop the clock in favor of NC State...

Relax doom and gloomers, things just got easier for them when JD fouled out. Very balanced scoring again, and that's always tough to defend. Basically, we toyed with them for 90% of the game. I never had the feeling the game was in doubt. A sign of a very good team is being able to turn it on when needed. It's tough to win in an ACC gym regardless. Very good road win after the Notre Dame loss. We should roll into SEC play at 13-1, which is very pleasing. Relax and breathe, we're gonna get better and hopefully will start 2 peak around the end of february. Nice to see Ron back as well.

Anyone now why Steele wasnt in the game when we were under pressure shooting free throws? There has to be a logical explanation.

Great win. Glad to beat Moo U of the East.

This is a good win, but somehow we have got to develop some mental toughness before we begin conference play. We can't continue to collapse in the final 5 minutes. We must concentrate on taking care of the ball (especially inbounding), foul shooting, and guarding the opponents best shooter.

Settle down about the end of the game.... a win on the road is a win on the road no matter what happens. This will not affect us at all the rest of the season. We are 10-1 and Ronald Steele is ahead of where I thought he was. Great win and Roll Tide!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at the game. The last several minutes were somewhat frustrating, but there was never any panic from the team or Bama fans. If Steele wasn't banged up, it's a moot point. Also, on the bright side, JD had a mediocre outing on the road in the ACC and we still dominated(thx to Hendrix and Riley).

No doubt, this was a resume builder at the very least.

BTW, as always, there was a great turnout from the Bamanation!

In the last 5 minutes, how many times did we take a shot with like 20+ seconds on the shot clock?....

Unreal... also, how many turnnovers did we have with 5 to go?

Gottfried needs to recognize that we have the talent in our starting 7 rotation that can hang with ANYONE in the nation....

But when it comes to crunch time, he (gottfried) needs to step up and make some critical coaching decisions and gameplans to avoid disaster.

Tonight, was very close to disaster.

Great road win for us heading into SEC play. We need to win these road games this year to improve our seeding for NCAA's...only three months till March Madness!!
