they should have had Mendoza on that last drive but didn't come close..then we gave them the edge and they moved us around...it was too easy...that wasn't good defense at all
True. We haven’t been perfect on D but outside of that last drive we’ve done enough to at least still be in the game if the offense could do anything at all. Same song and dance game after game and I’m sick of it. CKD has to do something or he needs to move on.

This is an interesting study. IU with a much less talented roster are taking us to the wood shed. They operate with precision, don’t miss assignments, and are more mentally tough. I wonder if Coach DeBoer is starting to understand that it is a line of scrimmage game are this level. Cause we are getting thoroughly whipped on both sides.
He’s shown no indication of understanding it so far. No understanding of fundamentals. I think the term “girly football” is totally fitting.

Probably shouldn’t say this here but barring a miracle on the order of parting of the Red Sea , however the silver lining is we should a a better qb next year and hopefully find a way to have a run game. This game was lost on two calls the play for the fourth and one and Ty fumble… we have lost every game we lose the turn over battle. Hindsight 20/20 we should have punted on 4 and 1 and probably should have ran right at the them the rest of the offense series we would have no turn overs and they might have only 6 pts. It crazy I know but we are supposed to have size advantage on the line… anything beats what we have seen.

Not a fan of this west coast offense we need a OC that can turn it around.

Oh well winning 11 beating UT, UGa, LSU, Auburn in the same season is something to be proud of… on to next year
This isnt on simpson...yes he fumbled but he had to run because whatever play we had called was blown up...again....zero running game to stop the rush, zero time to throw, zero short routes to dump off the ball and gain a few yards...those choices are on Grubb and Deboer...what we are witnessing is hard work over talent...hard work and discipline beats talent when talent doesn't work hard and has no discipline....

I’m still perplexed why we continue to run out of the I formation. It is a wasted play.

Ty needs to stop acting like he is Jake Coker running the ball.

Defense at this point has to take chances for us to even have a shot.

Dumb call to do a sweep to Benard if we were heck bent on going for it on fourth down. I don’t agree with going for it but if we are going for it do a high percentage play.

I think at this point we should just pass and deal with the pressure.
We’ve basically played ourselves into having to pass every down. Just like the SECCG.

How can I get access to all the practices, meetings and coaches communications? So many on here seem to know so much about what goes on at practice and what the coaches do or do not know or recognize. I want to be in on that information too.
Do you need to sit in on board meetings to know that a bankrupt company is poorly run?

The evidence is right there in front of your face on national television.

It's not over yet. Did we quit when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? NO!

Even if we come back, highly unlikely, I am 100% off the Deboer band wagon...we wont win a National title with his type of team...or offense

Correct me if im wrong, but dont we have ZERO offensive points in the last three consecutive games (edit — in the first half)? That is outrageous ineptitude

Our position coaches are just plain bad. Talent is really the only thing keeping us in games, but it won’t hold up against an excellently coached team like Indiana. CKD needs to clean house or nothing is going to change.

Excellent point.
DeBoer and Grubb view the game through a PAC 10 lenses. Cignetti reminds one of vintage Coach Saban.
If we are asking these same questions at the end of next season, we will know it’s not going to change.
The Big 10 Championship game between Indiana and tOSU was an old fashioned SEC game. It was physical for 60 minutes and won at LOS.
Indiana is beating us with what was the hallmark of Alabama football under CNS.
