1). Looks like the same game as last year. Venables has Bama’s and Deboer’s number.

2). Jam Miller is the worst starting running back I’ve ever seen at Alabama and I’m 51 years old.

3). Ty Simpson looks whipped and has looked that way for the past few games. Don’t know if it’s the constant pressure because of the porous OL but he has to snap out of it.

I think our running woes start with the OL. King Henry couldn't do much with what our backs have to work with.

I despise games like this. Poor defense playing lights out getting hung out to dry by other parts of the team before finally getting gashed by Mateer.

We’re better. Will we hang on to the ball long enough to prove it. Very uncertain.

…And I’m sick of most of our schedule getting a bye before us. If you count Auburn with their bye/Mercer in November before us (that is six of eight league opponents with a nicely paved walk up to our game with them. PATHETIC scheduling out of the SEC office.

This really isn’t a complaint as much as it is a “concern“. I’m really beginning to feel bad for Ryan Williams. The kid had to deal with cheap shots to his head this year and concussions. Then issues with drops which probably was related to getting gun shy from the cheap shots. Now, after the punt return fumble, you tell he is looking for a place to “go down” and shying from contact.
