Well I’ll help you out. You run for the first down on 3rd down and don’t slide short. You slide after you pick it up unless you have nothing but grass in front of you.

He wasn't sliding, he was being tackled so he should of had the first down, just thought I'd help you out lol

Unfortunately, lately if you get more than 1 or 2 holding calls a game, that's a lot. Refs just seem to ignore that penalty lately.
