OPI may be the most under called penalty in football.

As bad as some of these calls are, there should be suspensions at halftime sometimes and certainly for future games. This kind of stuff is game-changing if it's not 27-0. Refs need to pay steep price. ESPECIALLY since we have replays available.

Well it could be worse… it could be MLB umpire level officiating.

But it’s mostly consistent with the college game. Points are more important than officiating.

Observations
Love what I am seeing so far. Offense and defense.
Refs took pity on the canes and gifted them their FG. Seriously how is the DPI?

The problem is they don't push off well enough. All the momentum by both players is going towards the WR's direction. So the DB falls into the WR... fooling the ref. The WR knows this, and plays it well.

IMO That particular play we just saw is NEVER going to get called for OPI, no matter what the rule book says.
