It may well be. Coach isn't getting any younger. It's not like firing half the staff is going to be a good thing. It may be better than keeping them, sure, but it's not optimal.

This game was a circus. The reason it was a circus was because of us. Not Auburn. Not Jordan-Hare. Us. Our inability to mentally prepare ourselves. I hate it, but this game obviously means more to those clowns than to us.
