I've had similar thoughts. Just was thinking in the Good, Bad thread he needs to lose weight. Might help his quickness.
74 should have moved to the inside until acclimated to this level of play. Pretty much done this with every big time Oline recruit. Pritchett got beat a few times on the inside Swim move. Seems that could be coached more than not having the athleticism to stay in front of SEC speed rushers.

Pritchett got beat around the outside for a sack also.

I don’t think anyone is saying CTRob🤣 called a bad game. That was effort and losing intensity. On the sack that went for 30 yards, the D linemen quit playing when Jefferson was in the grasp of #3. The defense only played bad for about an 8 minute span, still held the hogs to 250 yards of offense.

I’m tired of Burton’s crap. He had to be escorted of the field because he was taunting at the end of the game
He's the cause of the penalty at the end because 2 was trying to get him to calm down. My question is, why the heck was he on the field then? If I was Saban, I call a timeout and put his butt on the sidelines prior to that happening.

This team is a bunch gamers imo. I'm not sure what happens in practice but if practice effort and intensity was really there you would not have the mind-numbing penalties, etc. Burton is the epitome of what this team is.

If you take a way Milroe's deep ball, this offense can be shutdown pretty easily imo. It showed in the 2nd half. It's HR ball or bust with this offense. In fact, if I was playing us I would shutdown the pass and dare us to run to victory. We can't do it. We would score maybe 14-17 pts a game.

I'm still firmly in the camp that we are playing the wrong QB and it will be come apparent against the tougher teams.

Somebody should coach 3 not to try to tack a 250 pounder at chest level. He looked like a jr high player trying to tackle him.

This team feels like if they score 30 points they have over achieved. Remember when we would have 30 points by halftime. Not happening with this team.

Somehow we will move up in the rankings and be 3-4 TD favorites over the puke orange next week. It's a weird year

Granted Milroe struggled but the second half has to be placed on coaching staff. OC had a really bad day after early success. You gotta do things to help your QB. We were successfully running and then just went away from it
Looked to me like, since we had started running so well, that Arky just decided they had to stop the run and put in on Jalen. Arky did stop the run, but Jalen did not have a good stretch run, throwing high on several passes. At least he did find a way to get it to Niblack in the end. I'm still looking for some quick hitting passes etc instead of every play taking 3 or 4 seconds to develop. Maybe it was just a hangover from last week and we escaped it. On to the Viles. We played bad enough today that we should be looking to atone for it next week.

This past week of practice must have been really bad judging from comments CNS made and "reading between the lines." We played like it was bad, that much is evident.

How can we play better, on the road, in front of 109000 fans, against a decent team, than we can at home against a 2-4 team picked for homecoming? This team is driving me crazy.

Doesn`t it usually mean you have to park another body, like a TE, over there to help out?
Yeah, but the offense would have to revamped

He probably thought he would get help , but the Dline just stopped . I thought the ref would blow the whistle to be honest .

Yes! I mean how do you even get in this position at QB? It looks like we are saying to Simpson... Head for the portal!

You really cannot win with refs these days. Sometimes, they swallow the whistle and sometimes they blow the whistle before the play is over.
