Going in, I said all we had to do was not get blown out. And that’s exactly what we did. We’ll be very fortunate if we get in the CFP. And if we do, we may get OU on the road. What a reward, lol.

Second, Grubb was fired after a single season as the Seahawks OC. You can see why.

If they leave us out after playing a +1 game and put in a team who DIDNT play then they will kill conference championships....is a 21pt loss ( really 14 but the gamble on 4th at our own 10 was suicidal) enough for an inept committee to leave us out? All the talking heads will say so. This is 100% on Deboer and Grubb...totally mismanaged this game. Grubb is hopefully a one and done OC...because we have been really poor in games the second half of the season

It could have been a lot worse, but I doubt it was enough to get us in. We were non competitive. Like I said in the game thread, I’ll take it if we make it in, but I have serious doubts that we do.

The way we were completely dominated gives the committee the cover they need to bounce us from the playoffs. A close game and we’re in. It wasn’t close. At all.

Yes. It was bad but we’re a mash unit that lost to the #3 team in basically a road game. Our resume is still far superior to either ND or Miami. But it’s in the hands of the stupid committee and their idiotic “rushing yards” obsessed chairman.

without our star players, the offense looked inept. Ty needs to call it a day. he can't see the field and is lacking awareness and is slow as heck today. defense kept us in as long as they could. Georgia 3 tds all came from short field and 2 big costly miscues. play calling by Grubb was embarrassing and Oline should walk home. I hope Grubb does not return; the man is too stubborn to adjust.

We wont be 12th, the 11th and 12th place spots are reserved for group of 5 champ and highest-ranked conference champion that is ranked outside the top 12 overall. If we are 10th in the final CFP poll we are in, if we are not 10th we are out
