It'll be a good test of both sides of our LOS. Neither played winning ball in Tallahassee. Though like many others, I'm still bumfuzzled as to why we got away from what worked so well in the opening drive.
We were better against La. Monroe. But due to the level of competition, it's hard to get a true read from that.
As others have said, Wisconsin might not be elite, but they're tons better than La. Monroe and we need to show continued improvement. It's not like the DLs and OLs in the SEC will be getting any easier.
If we can run well enough to keep the heat off Simpson, and/or complete enough quick-hitters to get the LBs and DBs playing honest, I think we'll be OK.
Just to make other Ds respect the threat, we do need to complete a long pass or two, 20 - 30 yards or more in the air. So far, that's been the one shortcoming in our passing game.
