I figured, a day before game time.........time to make some predictions, right?

Bama 72, Ole Miss 64

CMG takes it down low, and surprisingly, our top scorer will be Jamereo Davidson putting up a healthy 21 pts and 11 boards.

Chuck adds 15 and 10

Winston 15 pts, 5 boards, 4 assists
Shelton 13 pts, 3 steals
Steele 4 pts, 9 assists
Brock 2 pts
Weber 2 pts

Lets see how I do.........anyone else?

we'll win

if we get off to a good start. The last 4 times we've played over there, Ole Miss set the tone early with some tough D and we've fallen behind by double figures within the first 5-8 minutes & could not recover. The game at Oxford was the first that Shelton missed last year, which hindered us in that contest.

I think it will be nip & tuck like the UK-Miss game on Wed. night.

'Bama 66 Ole Miss 61

This is one of those hard to predict games. We obviously haven't done well at their place and we haven't exactly been a great road team anywhere over the past few seasons. I wouldn't be shocked if we lost, perhaps by double digits. But, we could be riding high after blasting MSU and if our hot shooting continues . . . . . . Bama 72 - Ole Siss 66.

I think we'll win if the refs don't allow the UM players to grab and hold. I think that has been the cause of our losses there under CMG. Thankfully, the refs didn't let the MSU players get away with grabbing and holding ES to keep him from moving through the offense.

If the refs let UM keep ES and KW from moving through the offense, then it will be another long afternoon in Oxford.

Lowout - (low scoring blowout)

The guys realize that the only team that can stop them is them.
with the best Big man in the league(CD), the best one on one scorer in the league(KW), the best 3 shooter(ES), one of the top PGs (RS) and an emerging post threat(JD), Bama will be too much for the Rebs.

Bama 72 lil sis 51

Bama could score more but lil sis holds the ball for like 25 seconds every posession

It will be a low scoring affair, because Ole Miss wants to get deep into the shot clock every posession.

We need to be smart on offense, not trying to force what isn't there, and keeping our poise against their pressure D. Steele impresses me as a very cool customer so far, and I think he will be able to handle this.

Bama 61, Ole Miss 55.

But it will not be pretty to watch.

Justin Reed is gone....

So, we'll win. He seemed to have a career game everytime we played at the Tad Pad. Low scoring game... we win by 9.

Ole Miss will play a slow down offense using most of the 35-second clock to try to keep it close. They will play very aggressive on defense, but will be boring to watch on offense. This will be one of those ugly and frustrating games to watch with Bama winning with free throws at the end.

Bama 53
Old Siss 51

This is the type of game you are very nervous about ...after such an awesome game vs MSU , you have to wonder about a letdown ..plus for whatever reason we don't seem to play well at Ole Miss ( or at Vandy for that matter ) ...but I think we will pull it out tomorrow but it will be a lower scoring game like 65-58, something like that...but that is ok , just as long as we win....RTR

I agree with you CrimsonBloodn62

I believe it will be an ugly, low scoring game. I watched the Miss-Ky game Wednesday night and was impressed with the way Ole Miss plays in your face defense. That was a 53-50 game.

I'll say 59-58 Bama but I hope it's 98-49 Bama!!!
