This is a replay of the WVU game. NW is beating itself with stupid mistakes.

I know API is not our favorite team, by a long stretch. But.............I am sick of hearing (out here in Texas) how weak the SEC is. All year long. They don't say diddly about how lame the Big 12 is, or how overrated the PAC 10 is. No, just how overrated the SEC is. Over and over and over.

Ol' Smokey laying an egg last night won't help that situation any. The only thing that will keep the talking heads from bad-mouthing the SEC this upcoming week will be:

I think the SEC is having a down year. VT was better then TN. VT was 9-3 and TN 7-5. In the other bowl games a lot of the teams the SEC is playing has better records. So it would be interesting to see if the SEC can have a decent Bowl year playing better teams (record wise) from other conferences.

Hope Auburn wins this one. TN was beaten by a superior team. KY lost. Don't need any more SEC losses.

I realize that. It is all a matter of perspective. I have to live with the Zero U crowd. (And why are they even here?) I would trade them for the 'barners, if I could.

Screw the 'support the SEC' ideal - these teams wanted nothing but for us to get the death penalty and, in the case of the barn, have manufactured 'evidence' in an effort to get us in trouble with the NCAA to the point that Dr. Witt flew up to speak to the NCAA directly.

If they never win another game I'll be happy. Forget them. Go Wildcats.
