Past QBs Dad Wrote an Improvement Plan. Looking for it...

At some point in the recent past I remember reading an article about an Alabama QB whose Dad wrote him a plan for the QB to improve in the next year. It was well thought out including things like taking with the coaches and leading the OL. I thought I bookmarked it but can't seem to find it.
I THINK the QB was Coker or Jones.

Mac wrote out his own plan and had it posted on his wall, mirrors, etc. I'm not sure if his dad contributed but wasn't his dad a college athlete? I would say it was either Mac or Jalen or possibly Tua. They all had goals written out.... I just can't recall which ones were goals written by them or written by dad.

I'm about to feel stupid. I'm pretty sure now that where I saw this list was in the book, History Made. Someone bought it for me for my birthday a couple years back. I've got what I've been looking for at home in my book shelf. Thank you for everyone who tried to help. Roll Tide!
