Hawgs are better on both sides of the ball (than last year) and their passing game is a bit better than their run happy stats would indicate. The QB is pretty efficient with the ball--didn't make many mistakes against aTm when he did throw. The definitely won't give up on the run no matter the score. All that said, I think we play a solid if unimpressive game and take them down 27-16 to cover the spread for just the second time this year.

I hope...but the same inexperience among young players that so many point to as reasons for our situational problems could certainly lead to a seasonal meltdown.

Alabama 3 - Arkansas 2 or will it be Alabama 33 - Arkansas 32. My crystal ball is a little hazy and out of focus.

Those 2 RB's at Arkansas are going to be tough. The Arkansas DL is going to also be tough! I honestly think their QB is better than Bo Wallace.

Alabama's defense needs to get some turn-overs and our Offense needs to NOT turn the ball over.

27-17, Bama wins. I realize I'm predicting tight and not totally confident. I thought Ark had some good passes vs TAMU ( along with some expected miscues). I think Ark tries to rally with a late TD BUT UA holds, building much needed confidence to finish as a team. At seasons end Ark shows a much improved team to be reckoned with. As for BAMA, this team has what it takes to overcome adversity. It will still be a fun year watching this team grow.
