To Hog Fans:

What makes you think we will have problems running the ball on you? This is the same Offensive line as last year and we ran all over you.
It isn't, not in terms of personnel, not in terms of effectiveness, not even the coach remains.

What makes you think it isn't in terms of effectiveness? We have ran the ball really well, its just some people expect to see Trent run for 300 yards every game. We lost James Carpenter, but most of our sucess last season running the ball against Arky was behind the right side of the line anyhow.

I dont get the close score prediciton

:BigA: First of all I think the Bama offense will prove itself this weeek. Second, the hogs have played three games, those teams have yet to win this year. 3rd the game is at home. Finally I got a feeling its not going to be close. Perhaps the hogs play well for maybe a quarter and it may be clsoe at the half but Bama pulls away easily in the second half final score

I'm revising my prediction based on the all the other better informed predictions.

The Hogs probably will not score 5 TDs. I forgot to account for some bad calls by the refs.

Arkansas carries the SEC’s No. 1 scoring offense into Saturday’s game against Alabama and the SEC’s No. 1 scoring defense. In the past 10 meetings between the SEC’s No. 1 scoring offense and the SEC’s No. 1 scoring defense, the team with the No. 1 scoring offense has won eight times.

Dating back to 2006, Arkansas has played four true road games against teams ranked in the AP top 5. The Razorbacks have won two of those contests (Auburn in 2006 and LSU in 2007) and nearly knocked off No. 1 Florida on the road in 2009 before losing 23-20.

I'm enjoying your posts but previous year's performance in certain games is a meaningless stat. The same for the top rated O vs. the top rated D. If this was the 9th or 10th game of the season then it would be a more accurate predictor but not after 3 "pre-season" games. IMO

Ummm...history is on your side here. How many years did we get beat with 12 on the field, trapped balls, etc by the piggies?
Won't matter here today....28-10, BAMA

I really like the fact that here and on their boards the Pigs are already blaming the refs...
