This year's *U team is horrible and has quit in all 4 of their losses. Just look at the scores. 38-24, 38-14, 45-10, 45-7. This year, unlike any other year, it is VERY personal with these scumbags. We get up something like 24-0 again, we are NOT taking the foot off the pedal.

I agree with those who say they will have trouble scoring, just like the rest of our opponents. They also have one of the sorriest run defenses in college football. Samford, SAMFORD, ran all over them at home. AU will have to have at least 8 in the box to slow our run game. They also have shown a disturbing trend in that if they get down a couple of scores, they just plain quit, as others have noted.

I know, I know, throw out the records, throw out the stats, this is a rivalry game, they hate us, blah, blah, blah.

I don't understand the lack of optimism (and I was there last year). We have everything to play for and I think we will play well. It may be the one game we ever see where CNS does not let up with a lead near the end. I'm going to say we score up around 38 or so, they may get 14 -- one on or set up by special teams and one primarily on some goofy garbage ball play that you get away with once in a game. We rush for nearly 300 yards.

we've had all of one game this season where the outcome was seriously in question, LSU. we have totally dominated much better teams than this auburn team this year, even with us not necessarily hitting on all cylinders at times. I have no expectation of the barn keeping it close for very long.

45-9, good guys, but i am sort of hoping for the goose egg for the defense.

I think due to our injuries, the fact that the game is in Auburn, and that Auburn will be looking to ruin our season (maybe attempt to hurt our players), it'll be close.

Auburn will be fired up and just like 2009 the game will come down to the final minutes. I look for Auburn to jump out early 10-0 on a couple of trick plays. Auburn goes to the half up 17-10. Auburn increases their lead to 20-10 after 3 quarters. Our conditioning wears them down in the 4th quarter and Trent scores in the final minute to cap off the comeback.
