Pick the score - Alabama vs. Georgia State

Let me start by saying that I know nothing about Georgia State besides Star Jackson transferred there and this is their first year. I have not seen them play, and I don't know what their strengths or weaknesses are. Bama will win and win big. I expect to see a lot of the second or third string players. My guess:

Star is not even their starter. I doubt our starters get past the first quarter (barring we don't score several tds in the first quarter). So who knows how many we score since it will be a bunch of subs who finish the game (on O and D).

I'll agree with R2O that it doesn't get too far out of hand. It also wouldn't surprise me if we don't give up a couple of late scores because everybody will get to play that doesn't have the redshirt on.

I see us playing everybody that isn't up for a redshirt. I don't see that preventing us from scoring alot. I have a hard time seeing Jalston Fowler, Eddie Lacey, or Demetrius Goode not busting their tails to break off a long TD run if they are able. Would Coach Saban tell them to get the first then go down in order to keep the game respectful?

I might have the start paused and then go back and fast foward the game once I can get off the bowl :wink: Any one who has had one before. How much time does it take Round 1 to kick in and exit?

i agree with you. Let these guys blow off some frustration. score as much as possible. I just hope my buddy Brad Smelley gets a TD finally, he works hard
