Ole Miss is simply not a good football team. The offense has some skill position ability, but they've been sloppy and turnover-prone. They've been adequate in the secondary, but they've had trouble stopping the run. If you can't stop the run and you turn the ball over frequently, you're not going to win too many games. I don't think this team has enough in the tank for even Houston Nutt to coax some magic out of them. I think we win in the neighborhood of 35-7.

Unlike Weis, Nutt will throw the kitchen sink at us. He's had two weeks to prepare, and he can get a team up. We will win no doubt, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it closer than expected. Whatever the line is, I think OM covers it by 3 points.

The Nutthouse will try to get creative with his playcalling, but Bama's d sniffs it out. Bama wins convincingly and Nutt's seat gets extra crispy and the countdown to his firing will begin.

I'm expecting no fewer than five flea flicker, hook and ladder, and statue of liberty-type plays.

Yall really think that Ole Miss scoring machine is gonna get any wheres near the board against us? No way. Defense pitches another shutout, they're just too stingy these days and they're immune to Nutts. This Saturday, the Nutt cracks against Alabama. The frustration will be tangible.

38-0.
