Bryce Young tears my heart out on a game winning drive in the final 2 minutes.

score simplicity of Georgia scoring 7 points more than SECCG and Bama scoring 7 less than SECCG

at the end of the day, who knows though
I don't think UGA scores more than the SEC-CG, probably less if Bowers isn't 100%, and 34 is probably the Bama ceiling depending on O-line health. The best chance for a dawgs win is slowing down the game and pressuring BY. But can you?

I think this one is probably on the OL again. Can they protect BY and give him a chance to dissect the weak Dawg secondary???

If BY has time, we win. If he doesn't, it's going to be a tough out.

I think Georgia figures out some of the things they couldn't do and they make this a nailbiter. Hope I'm wrong and we blow 'em out again!

Probably going to see some quick releases from BY to negate the rush

I would be surprised if Georgia scored more than they did in the SECCG with the way our defense looks to be playing lately and with the direct experience we now have against them. Feels like we should be able to hold them to 17 - 20 this time, and if that happens, can they hold us to even less than that? Highly doubt it, even accounting for our injuries on offense.

And we still have the best player on the field on both sides of the ball with Bryce and Will. Games like this are made for guys like that.

31-17 Bama. #19 on the helmets!

I think UGA will do some things differently this time around. Here's how I think things will be different compared to last month's meeting:

What UGA will do better: Disguise blitzes better. UGA did a lot of vanilla blitzing. Bama handled it well. I expect to a see a lot more overload blitzes or better disguised blitzes. Bama has had many games where they don't handle that well at all. I'm concerned Bryce will be under duress like the AU game. I think we will see them use Cook out of the backfield more. I think Pickens is going to present some problems. He's got another game under his belt, and I'm a bit worried he could be a headache.

What UGA will do worse: I don't see anything that UGA will do worse. I can see Bennett playing worse if he has an early INT or even pick 6. Other than that, UGA should not look worse anywhere.

What Bama will do better: The only thing I think Bama will be better at this time around may be running the ball, B-Rob is much healthier this time around.

What Bama will do worse: This is the concern. Not having Metchie makes Jamo easier to handle. The O-line isn't healthy. The secondary is banged up.

I think we could very well see a similar outcome to the SECCG though. If the O-line can hold up in pass protection then it's game on.

So Alabama cannot play any better, and Georgia will play better one both sides of the ball. Might happen, but I would hate to be you.

Look I love Metchie but I'm just not convinced that we don't have a WR on our roster who can play plenty well in his place.

Mainly Brooks. We've recruited at WR very well so I just don't think Metchie being out will be the reason we lose if we do lose. If we lose it'll be about the OL.

Plus Metchie has been hurt for a while now so Brooks has been getting a lot more reps with the 1st team.

Losing Metchie was like losing Allen at OLB. A loss to be sure but we recruited at that position well enough that Sanders played pretty well and then even after losing him Dallas Turner stepped up big. I think WR is similar
