I'm betting "Low Bid". They seem to go that route and then fix things later when it goes bad. If they would have spent money on the best company/business to start with like you are saying, they wouldn't have all these problems.When I was still designing schools, I worked on a renovation of a football locker room. The B.O. had seeped into the carpet, ceiling tile, and walls. Opening the door was like getting punched in the face. First of all who the hell puts carpet in a lockrroom? Also, why the first designers didn’t use washable ceiling tile is perplexing. Also, also why wasn't it vented properly?
