Yeah, but, if we just REASON with these people
Well, I use the little Sunoco station in Five Points and also Star Pharmacy/Market around the corner and I'm not about to take it off to go around the corner. When I've seen someone with one on in a car alone, my assumption has always been that they were on a short trip, rather than they were just stupid. The things are uncomfortable enough to remind one...
Or since this is airborne maybe they have to pick up someone and don't want to take a chance on viral particles floating around making someone else sick (or maybe someone just got out and their concern is for the self).
I know. Just don't agree on the quality. I've actually read a post by another member of this site, ridiculing people in cars with masks on, without thinking it through...
I predict a battle between those who think an apostrophe is used to create a plural and those who paid attention in English class.
