It's in the KJV because it's in the public domain. If they used the ESV (Crossway), NASB/LSB (Lockman Foundation), NIV (Bibilca), etc., they would have to pay to publish it. The grift of American Christianity continues.

ETA- I'm sure there are certain *formats* of the KJV they would have to pay for such as Thomas Nelson's layout of the KJV. Not sure exactly how that works (i.e., paying for formatting). Regardless, I find this to be ridiculous.
