Context is everything. A big difference between (hypothetically) a wave to a crowd, and a thrusted salute like Elon did, echoing something you'd see at Munich.

I'd love to see the full video of the AOC/Mamdani photo. And the Elon photo this person conveniently leaves out is

Comparing a single picture of liberal politicans waving with Elon's obviously thrusted arm salute reminds me of hundreds of hours of conservative media (that I overhead a coworker listening to) where the commentator picks one or two relatively insignificant words out of a liberal leaning politician's speeches, and they torture horrific meaning from those few words to spin up their audience's anger/fear emotions when the conservative media ignores far worse words used by their own.

Those with cognitive dissonance rarely are self-aware. Unless (as I suspect in many cases) the deception is intentional. I must always remember that, with MAGA, everything is a zero-sum game. They cannot admit to being wrong.
