Refs sucked (again), but I can't even blame them for this one. Yeah, they tipped the balance on a few calls but home court is usually an advantage except in T-Town.

The team has to stop coming out for the tip like they have a hangover.

Do you think we need to put Quinerly in starting lineup? Bradley and Sears in the first half hasn't really done much these last few games. I'd be inclined to get Burnett in there as well. Just shake things up at the guards.

Terrible start I think we came in still celebrating and honestly I have not felt good about this game for a few weeks. From a focus standpoint I really don't mind the loss. Hope it serves as an attention getter going into the tourney.

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. That first half and three point shooting was insanely bad.

At some point, you have to challenge the rim offensively inside and kick it out for possibly a better look at the three. At least it would have been a different “look” than passing it around the perimeter or kicking it to the corner.

Then again, if we “breathed” on them inside they called the charge so….

We are going to be the top seed or second best #1 seed. I’m so tired of posts like this. Geez. We need to grow up as fans. This isn’t about your post 17. (Sorry for confusion) It’s a far too common mentality with Bama fans that anything but perfection isn’t tolerated. And (for me) it gets old.

We just completed our best regular season ever and will be a #1 seed regardless of the tournament. That means something.

If Shows doesn’t blow that last Miller foul we win. It was at the minimum a 5 pt swing at a critical time. And another win that means something when we aren’t shooting well.

I agree. The loss doesn’t bother me. In fact with all the losses today We are in exactly the same Spot that we were this morning.

Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that a&m scored all of their points from the free throw line the last 4 plus minutes of the game. The refs played a big part in this loss. If history repeats itself, I pity the team we play next.

Well, I think we finally hit the point where we just need a few days off. We took care of business against Auburn so this one didn't really matter. We could have won it but several strategic bad calls clinched that deal. This team has had a great year. Let's get a little rest, clear the heads, and get ready for the big run in March.

Busy day yesterday. Downed utility pole and power outage had me hopping when it was restored. Fried my garage door opener and a couple other appliances. Long story but our resident neighborhood idiot drove across and dragged power lines that ended up costing me about $650.

Power restored about 9:00 so I watched the first half and was in and out for the second. Cold shooting cost us the game. Shows and crew contributed, as usual, but slow starts have been a trend lately. As stated by others I’m in hopes that a few days off will energize this team and staff for a good couple runs.

Still very proud of what this team has accomplished. The mental aspect alone of the last few weeks has obviously been a tax on these guys.
