I was wrong! It's a 5 day window after their last game.
Here is his bio as it appeared on Utah's website. Former Michigan player and #8 player in Ohio coming out of high school. I like this addition.
2024: Played in 11 games with one start during his first season as a Ute.
- Twenty-one tackles (1.0 TFL) on the season, along with a team-best nine PBU and one interception.
- Nine PBU tied him for fourth in the Big 12 during the regular season.
- Season-best three tackles came in three different games, including at Colorado (1.0 TFL) where he also broke up a pass.
- Broke up three passes against Iowa State, tying the most by a Ute since the 2022 season.
- Earned his first start in the road matchup with Oklahoma State.
- Came up with his first career interception (34 yards) in the win at Utah State.
- Stopped a BYU two-point conversion attempt with an interception in the end-zone.
Prior to Utah: Played in two games as a true freshman at Michigan in 2023.
High School: Three-star recruit out of Winton Woods HS, rated the No. 8 recruit in the state of Ohio on Rivals.
- Two-time All-Ohio selection, earning first-team as a senior.
- Was also a two-time first-team All-District pick.
- Broke the Winton Woods HS record for career interceptions (14).
- Totaled 52 tackles (3.0 TFL) with 15 pass breakups and five interceptions as a senior.
- Led the Cincinnati Conference with nine interceptions as a junior, adding 61 tackles, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
- Helped Winton Woods to a state championship in 2021.
- Also played wide receiver his sophomore season.
- Lettered in track and field, running in sprints and the hurdles

Yes thats possible. We will see if that gets factored in. We will get at least one of both.
I believe the staff will be more selective as they go forward. Not many spots left. They still need: RB, DL, LB and maybe FS/SS.
I'm iffy on taking a rb fwiw. I think we'd take fluff but other than that I dint think its a priority with 5 on roster....at least not til spring.
Hopefully we already have our LB target coming in...and I'm curious if the Pavia ruling may give Jefferson one more year.
Safety yes we probably need one more but mincey switching to safety helps that.
With Jackson potentially coming back, Calhoun could experiment at Husky. So I think Secondary is kinda covered for now.
LB- I feel like we need to add 1-2 just for depth/experience.
DL- We definitely need to grab someone who can help LT overton, take pressure off him.
OL- I forgot about them... maybe we add one more.. depending if Pritchett goes or not.

And I forgot ol as well, should add at least one. I don't think pritchett goes anywhere. I do think formby pushes him again. I'm hoping we land Newberry from aTm

247 sports has it at 100% so not official commitment but it sounds pretty solid unless someone throws some money at him last minute.
It's still possible but his next two visits are aTm and Miami. To pick us hed have to be happy to be paid less and at best be a wr 2.
Just down to if he prefers our staff and program. Those next two schools will offer a lot of NIL, far more than we would for him. So I'm assuming it's a no but you never know....
And it also seems that the two schools he will visit are two of the " pay whatever" so I think he's just chasing a payday
