Question on Instant Replay?

Not trying to be a sore loser or look for excuses... just want clarified the way instant replay is to be used.

I was under the impression that in order for an on the field call to be overturned, there had to be "indisputable, unquestionable evidence" to have the call reversed.

If that is the case, then 2 of the reverses were incorrect.

I just watched a CSTV SEC Game room discussion on the topic and they thought the rule was as I thought- and all 3 agreed that some of the calls should not have been overturned.

It seemed Saturday that the replay was being used to make a call instead of reviewing a call...

Anyone know the way the rule is and how it is supposed to be interpreted?

Bottom line-- we had a chance to put a nail in the coffin and we didnt do it. Thats on the team, not on the refs. I dont want every other team in the SEC to say that we are whining about bad calls like OLE MISS. Bad calls are part of the game, just like injuries. You have to be able to find a way to win in spite of em and we didnt. This topic is being discussed in EVERY OTHER THEAD ON THIS BOARD and its pointless in my opinion.

It really dont matter!Those calls didnt lose the game.LSU had over 130 yds worth of penaltys and 3 or 4 turnovers and still came out on top.It hurts,but we need to stop sounding like OLE MISS and just be happy we played them a really close game and get ready for MISS.STATE!!!
