All I’m saying is if we don’t have a QB on roster who can find wide open receivers in 3 second of protection we are worse off as a program than I ever thought we’d be.

We have a plethora of playmakers on offense and a mid grade defense with talent. No reason with a game manager at QB we don’t score 28 plus on any defense in college football. And that would be with O’Brian as OC.

You act as if I am arguing if CKD is going to be successful at Alabama and has the ability to coach. That isn't what I'm saying at all. Let me be clear...IF HE WANTS TO GET THE FAN BASE AND BOOSTERS BEHIND HIM, WHICH IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FROM A LONGEVITY AND MONETARY STANDPOINT, HE NEEDS TO GIVE ALL OF THEM MORE. I'm not saying anything more or anything less. While you are building and taking your lumps, the people who are paying your paycheck and Byrne's will need to see the vision.
What do you think Coach Saban told the first booster to come into his office and demand to know "More" about the team? He didn't shake hands, do a press conf., kiss babies none of that. go back and look at his press conf. after winning the Clemson game in 08. he was pretty mad about the attitude of the fan base and some of the players attitude. what does CKD owe the boosters? I also think Coach Saban had a press conf. about "nothing" one time.

If Law and Odom are healthy and available and you DON"T find ways to get them INVOLVED against that Vile defense it's a problem with offensive design, execution or preference. I'm in the camp of the latter 2 are the REAL ISSUES!
this is why I completely understand why Law did what he did. Don’t approve, but I get it. He’s put in the time and effort to be a starter. He’s been a great teammate and when it’s finally his time, he’s rewarded with spotty QB play (at best) and very few chances to make an impact with the ball. He deserves better. The frustration that boiled over did not start with the game in Knoxville. That’s where it culminated.

Not comparing CKD to Saban, that has been done enough times. If you think his press conferences have been kosher than so be it. I've said my stance on it and don't have anything else to add. Hopefully he starts winning some games soon and how he acts at a press conference will be the last thing we are discussing on here.

I was watching Lamar Jackson on MNF last night wishing Milroe was playing somewhat at that level, he was stepping up in the pocket, seeing the field well, hitting his targets in stride while also running the ball well.

I know it’s unfair to compare a college player to a soon to be 3x MVP but their styles are so similar, it’s just that one is a good passer and the other one is not right now.

The Raiders will be the "Colts" of next year's draft and be the sucker team who uses their top three pick to take Milroe and they'll get the same results as the Colts have with Richardson. An athlete trying to play QB at the highest level.

I would be shocked to see him go that high after his Combine and throwing showcases. He will absolutely destroy the interview portion though. I've been very critical of him this week but I honestly wish him well and would be ecstatic if he got things figured out.

it's very likely we have very capable QBs on the roster, but we'll never know until we are no longer held hostage by LANK.

Or the qb is not “finding” them.

You just don't know the depth of stupidity the Raiders have.
