Garlic Pepper Chicken

1/2 cup of diced red onions
1/2 cup of diced sweet red bell peppers
1/2 cup of diced green bell peppers
2 cups of Uncle Ben's long-grain wild rice
Four 4- to 5-ounce chicken breasts
1/4 cup chicken/poultry seasoning
1/2 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
Cook rice as instructed on package; while rice is cooking, season chicken breasts with chicken/poultry seasoning, then pan-fry in oil, turning every 7 minutes, until done.
Take chicken breasts out of pan and dab with a paper towel. When rice is almost done, add red onions, red and green peppers and garlic pepper seasoning.
