Michael Goggans, from Benjamin Russell High School, will stand on the sidelines Saturday prior to kick-off with a slew of blue-chip prospects from around the country. The big utility prospect (6-3, 246) has made a pledge to the Vols, but will take other official visits.

"I am going to Tuscaloosa this weekend for the Alabama-Florida game," said Tim Tebow from Nease High School. "I am going up there with my dad. Hunter Haynes and Charlie Kirschman [Tide verbal commit] are both going as well."
Akeem Dent may be the best player you haven't heard of yet. At 6-2 and 215 pounds, Dent plays linebacker for a Douglass team that has given up 16 points this season in 5A and pitched two shutouts including a 7-0 victory over Morrow on Saturday.

A lot of the top prospects attending the game have the Crimson Tide and the Florida Gators listed as early favorites for their signature in February. The game will play a big part in the recruiting process of these athletes.
Alabama will host at least three prospects for official visits for the weekend. Offensive lineman Alex Stadler, from Liberty High School in Bealton, Virginia, linebacker A.J. Jones, from Middleton High School in Tampa, Florida, and defensive back Marquis Johnson, from Booker High School in Sarasota, Florida.
