Thats great! Roger is about the size I was when I started my diet 4 months ago. I have lost about 60 pounds. I have a long way to go yet to get back to my playing weight.
Congrats. Keep it up. You may have to change your name to "not so big fan". My wife and I start our annual diets on Jan 2.

Thanks! I about had a stroke when I tried on size 42 jeans last week and they fit! When I played DL, I wore a size 54 jacket and 36 jean...hopefully by June I will again.

Good luck on your annual diet :biggrin2:

I usually made my annual commitment so I could have something to fail at. This time I have actually stuck to it for the most part. I take alli when I am going to eat out...sometimes the results are not so pleasant, but I don't absorb the fat in restaurant food.

Losing weight is not easy! I started a diet on February 5, 2005 weighing 335 lbs.
and as of today I am 80 lbs lighter and I only have 20 lbs left to go.
