I remember a running back several years ago, who just ran all over the field on LSU. I cant really place him, but I think he is a SEAHAWK now. IN 2005 we got a STABLE OF STUDS just waiting on the bengal tigers!!

Observe our "O" Line

..........and be "Darbyized"!

I think our "young" Offensive line will be able to muster enough blocking to allow Darby just enough room to wiggle by and ram the ball down their throats!

Darby is much more the finesse runner than Irons is and his ability to pick the seams/holes shows his maturity as a running back.

We just love the under-dog role everyone is making Bama!!

RTR, beat the Bengal Tigers!!

irons beat us because he shoved it down our throats and ran straight at us... if Darby trys that East-West Juke finesse running, he will be eating grass all afternoon. Your OLine wont be able to open solid holes for him, so i seem him trying to go around the End... giving our fast LBers enough time to tattoo him. But that just my opinion.

Bama won't run on LSU like Auburn did.

Chase Pittman, our all SEC defensive end went out early in the Auburn game with an injury and didn't return. Pittman is a punishing tackler with speed that shuts down the run to his side. He's healthy for this game and Bama will not run on us like Auburn did. I don't mean that a Bama back can't run for 100 yards, but no Bama back will run for over 200 like Irons did.

Who (beside Vegas) is making Bama out to be the underdog?

:) I went to school with Pittman and Jacob Hester.

Anyway, turn on the TV watch ESPN and you'll see 20 people making us the underdog. Not to mention the LSU board on rivals.

Yeah, and it brought back good memories to see #37 score a TD against MSU last weekend.

Yawn, yeah Darby never runs up the middle you might want to review some films and Johns and Coffee never runs up the gut, hell we've already lost the game

irons had an O Line...
mmm.... maybe so, but that's not the whole story. I watched that game, and LSU's tackling was not very good. Irons broke 3 tackles at the line on that 74yd. TD run he had. Irons probably would have had a sub 100 yd game had LSU's tackling been a little more sound.

If Irons ran for all those yards on the LSU Tigers this year, I can only imagine what Darby will do!

The difference is, and I'm afraid I'm right, Auburn has a very good Offensive line this year- we don't. I hope this doesn't become our down fall for this game.

i think what is missing besides the 5 field goals auburn did. is that brandon cox, much more inmature then, if his receivers had caught half the passes on the mark would have had over 250 yards passing for the game, and probably a couple of touchdowns. the key is still our offensive line. if brodie gets time, he will get a lot of passing yards.
