I wish ESPN would publish their analytic tool results for a hypothetical game between FSU vs Texas and FSU vs Alabama. I imagine would both would be skewed heavily against FSU.

Don't know about ESPN, but this simulator seems a bit high on FSU by my estimation.

That was interesting, but those score predictions are really all over the place when you run the simulations. I didn't bother posting the play-by-play, but I may do that later just to see how a game would play out to end up with the predicted score.

Looking at the numbers made me realize that since 2008 Alabama only out of conference loss in the regular season is this year to Texas. I think my memory backs that up.

It’s crazy how much money Coach Saban and Alabama has made for players.

But I am old enough to remember Coach Bryant and God I do miss those Sunday afternoons when he did the Paul Bear Bryant show a replay of the Saturday game. Back then you were only on tv 2 times per year so it was great to get a overview with the video of the game. But gone are those days and now we have another dynasty.. RTR

I would trust the results of a game of NCAA Football 14 between two 12yr olds with fan created updated rosters before I would trust this sim, lol.
