I was glad to hear to the announcers talking, at length, during the Texas-Miami game about the ridiculous scholorship limitaitons placed on baseball 11.7 divided among as many as 40 players. It especially hurts Alabama because we do not have the extra none athletic scholarships to give like Georgia, Loouisiana, Florida and the rest of the SEC. This is a big factor in our recruiting and signing. I've heard it many times on why we didn't get this or that player, "because we ran out out of scholarship money". Hopefully, with College Baseball becoming more of a revenue generating sport we will get some relief from the NCAA. The college ADs and Presidents vote on this and they look at the money generated. ESPN carrying Super Regional and CWS really helps bring this to light.
