SEC Preview and Predictions: Week 8

The Predictions Dept. keeps rolling along with solid weeks so far in 2026, but this week will be a challenge. Alabama-Tennessee is the marquee matchup, but Ole Miss-Georgia and Vanderbilt-LSU are right on the doorstep. Even the games down the ticket have the potential to be interesting.

Last Week’s Record: 6-1 (85.7%)
Season’s Record: 61-11 (84.7%)

I disagree Jess. the pressure is all on Lsu. Vandy losing is not going to shock anyone. They actually will play loose and do what they do best and score quickly esp. at home. does Lsu have an offense that can match them if a shootout occurs??
