So many key plays, but Fitzgeralds tackle is at the top.

It has to be mentioned that Florida ran 6 offensive plays in the 3rd quarter. What a game. What a team we have. I'm so proud of all of them. Roll Tide!!!

P.J.'s tackle was huge because he came up like a gunner and made the tackle, instead of waiting at the 50 when Florida's return man could have easily beat him on a one on one.

The screen to Ingram was huge because Florida just hit us with a quick strike drive... and we answered right back. It was the classic... "Anything you can do, I can do better."

Not to mention, UF's OL is MUCH better than UT's, which is crucial to a downfield passing game...
Why in the world would you say that? The Texas OL was so powerful Saturday against Nebraska. They only gave up 9 sacks. :cool2:

I like our D against their O. Nebraska stopped them pretty well. Oklahoma shut them down for the most part. Pelini is a Saban disciple so he was probably using some of what he learned from CNS. If Brent Venables can stop Texas, I really like CNS and CKS against the Horns.

Florida going three and out to start the second half. I felt like any halftime adjustments they made didn't work. It was the beginning of the end.
I felt like that was the biggest series of the game for our defense, and set the tone for the rest of the game. I'm certain that Tebow delivered another emotional half time speech so I was expecting to get the Gators best shot.

There where two "oops" moments that really could have changed the game:

1. On the Gators second play from scrimmage Demps (I think) dropped a pass in the flats that he might have scored on had he caught. That was just a gift from the football gods!

2. When PJ made the tackle on the return he saved a Gator TD.

If both of these go for tds, the closeness of the game is greatly altered.
Number 1 on your list was the most important play IMO... If they get 6 on that play and we have to play catch-up, the game would have been played completely different.

One of the greatest moments for me wasn't a game changing one, so much as it was game ending. After Florida turned it over on downs in the 4th, it was so great to know that it was OVER even though there was 7 or 8 minutes on the clock. I never would have guessed I would be breathing easy with that much time left.

I liked GMac defying the laws of physics on the sideline and Javy making that incredible leaping interception that said you aren't gonna get a cheapy at the end, Tebow.

The players were gearing up for the Gatorade bath but I never saw who put a stop to it. Was it the players or coaches? I'm glad it didn't happen. Even when we win the NC I hope they don't do it.
I agree. It would be a huge statement to not do the gatorade bath. It's like saying our way of telling the world we do things differently.

I for one want Saban to be warm in his moment of triumph.

Turning point of the game in my mind was the screen to Ingram with the score 12-10 and the momentum starting to change to the Gators.

Yeah I think this play was huge. Even though we had outplayed them to that point they were able to quickly cut the lead to 2 points. But we were able to answer quickly and not give them a huge momentum swing. I think the long drive that took up nearly 9 mins was the back breaker. We kept their offense off the field and wore down their defense eating up tons of clock. I don't think I've ever seen Tebow look as shell shocked as he did during most of the 2nd of half of that game. He spent most of the 3rd quarter on the sidelines powerless to stop our offense as it methodically moved down the field.
