Thanks for the link. I have a couple of those secret recipe cook books but I didn't have the Outback bread recipe. I have made a fairly close copy using an Anadama bread recipe but I'm glad to have one that might turn out better. I bake a mean loaf of bread and can't wait to try it out.

I bake alot of bread too. Not a product placement here but try the Watkins bread mix. You add a beer mix up and bake. It is out of this world....
