TUSCALOOSA, AL – No. 18 Alabama baseball returns to action on Thursday, May 14, taking on No. 15 Ole Miss at Sewell-Thomas Stadium for the final regular season series of 2026. The Crimson Tide most recently claimed a series win over the Rebels in 2024.

I think we play our best at home. I like our chances of taking the series

I know it was UT Martin but they beat the breaks off that team, they'll be feeling good about themselves but we ain't UT Martin. I'll be happy with 2out of 3 in the win column.

At this point in the season with all the teams that are in the 33-35 win club, I don't think they know or can rank them in a coherent order. Some look like world beaters for a week or 2 then look very average. We have been that this year.

What would be a massive ordeal would be if we were to sweep OM and then Mizzou somehow taking 2 of 3 from Texas (Texas did win game 1 already). I don't see it happening, especially the second part there, but if it was to happen, we would the #2 seed in the SEC tourney and a very high national seed regardless of the outcome of the SEC tourney.
