Sherrone Moore being fired for cause by Michigan...

On GET UP THIS MORNING, All 5 panelists say the coach they go after is Kalen DeBoer. Orlovsky said , don’t let him say no. I’m sure Portnoy will get involved. It was said they were very interested in DeBoer when Coach Khaki’s left. Also, it was brought up that DeBoer wasn’t interested in Pedo St because Michigan was already talking to him. CKD coached at Eastern Michigan, too. .

Oh yeah, he is from the Midwest🙄

This thread is careening into tabloid territory. TideFans doesn't allow speculation and rumors, especially of the type that are out there.

Yes, I know that all it takes is a Google search to turn up all sorts of stuff. If that's your thing, Google away. Just don't put it on TideFans until there's better confirmation than social media and tabloid press.

Locking it until there's more concrete information from credible sources.

OK, several credible outlets now report the contents of a 911 call placed by a woman saying she was being threatened and stalked by Moore. The reports also include some details regarding threatening her with a knife but then dropping it and fleeing.

As expected, the details are starting to seep out. Meaning they're no longer rumors, but now credibly reported as fact. Meaning they're fair game for discussion.

Keep in mind that while some of the former rumors have now been confirmed, other even more salacious details circulating on the internet remain rumors.

Please confine the discussion to credibly reported items.

Also keep in mind that, as this is written, Moore has been only detained by police. He has not yet been charged with anything. I'm not aware that he's even been arrested. So far, only detained. I'm no lawyer, but I'm told that there are material legal distinctions amongst all of those.

Of course, this story is moving fast and any or all of that could change at any moment.

Rules around discussion of rumors remain.

Wow. So Moore tried to save his job by firing Shiver. And she said oh heck no, she provided the school with evidence of the affair . I understand wanting to save your job, but she really didn’t save her job. She may think her job is safe, but there’s no way she can continue working at Michigan. It’s just an ugly mess for all parties involved.
Two things that come out in other stories I read an AP story that Moore was fired without an HR rep or anyone else at the time except for Warde Manual . Manual should have known the termination may not go well.
ESPN made mention that rumors were flying around Ann Arbor the summer of 2025 about their affair.

He fired her because if he couldn’t have her, nobody could.

He was told to reassign her, he fired her instead. That was beyond stupid on his part.

Hell hath no fury…..

According to court documents released Dec. 12, Moore faces criminal allegations of felony third-degree home invasion, misdemeanor stalking-domestic relationship, and misdemeanor breaking and entering. Bond had not been set in the criminal case against Moore.

She can't work there, but she can live good with the money they will pay her to go away and be quite.
