ESPN tracker just a moment ago said he had been charged with three crimes.I’m not sure. Can you be detained, but not arrested, and then arraigned?
I don’t know.

I’m not expert, but I think he’s got a case for mental instability. The felony third degree home invasion is punishable by up to 5 years in prison. I know nothing about law but I imagine if Moore has a good attorney he'd find a way to get the time reduced or avoided by claiming Moore has serious mental issues that require psychiatric treatment.
Looks like he may be going from The Big House to The Big House. The felony third degree home invasion is punishable by up to 5 years in prison. That happens anywhere if you are not morally grounded. I am praying for Sherrone, his family and those affected by this.Schools like Bama, Oklahoma, Ohio St & Michigan will chew you you up n spit you out like tobacco juice if you allow it too..
She can't work there, but she can live good with the money they will pay her to go away and be quite.
Who says she was trying to save her job? More like, she no longer had a reason to keep quiet. I’m pretty sure she will be fine financially after this.Wow. So Moore tried to save his job by firing Shiver. And she said oh heck no, she provided the school with evidence of the affair . I understand wanting to save your job, but she really didn’t save her job. She may think her job is safe, but there’s no way she can continue working at Michigan. It’s just an ugly mess for all parties involved.
Two things that come out in other stories I read an AP story that Moore was fired without an HR rep or anyone else at the time except for Warde Manual . Manual should have known the termination may not go well.
ESPN made mention that rumors were flying around Ann Arbor the summer of 2025 about their affair.
She's unfireable. Completely. She will own that athletic department.
In lieu of firing her, MI will probably pay her millions to go away and not sure.
... unless they interviewed her prior to Monday (which they almost certainly did) and she lied about the relationship. Then you fire her for lying / insubordination / something. Interesting that she called her lawyer first before calling 911 when Moore came into her apt.Yep... Have seen this play out... Their lawyers should seek a tidy little settlement, write the check, take her signed statement not pursuing the matter, and she can walk out the door set for many years.

So Moore gets terminated for a relationship with a staffer, but the staffer gets to keep their job? That seems like it would work both ways. But I guess we already now it had nothing with the affair, because they buried this for a long time. They just wanted him gone because they didn't like him as a coach, which is weird because he was doing a solid job. He certainly did way better than I ever thought he would. It was always going to be a little rebuild after the championship year and losing Harbaugh.Well, She Unterminated herself after being fired by Moore by talking to the AD. Sounds like she was trying to save her job.
