Sleeper teams anyone?

Umm, I'm pretty sure Clemson is ranked in the Top 25.

Well, I gave a team outside the top 25, but I don't actually think they have a legitimate chance. Like, at all. Clemson was the next best - a team ranked a little low that has a chance.

If I have to pick a team other than VT I'll go with Marshall. They have a good shot at an undefeated regular season and might just sneak in over a 1-loss conference champ despite their terrible SOS.

Penn State is another one I think *could* make the playoff (just because we are only looking at teams outside the top 25). James Franklin is a good coach. The Big 12 stinks. I don't know, I could see them surprising Ohio State. Their next toughest game is the very last game of the season against Michigan State. Michigan has gotten worse every year Hoke has been there, so I won't be at all surprised if Penn State walks through Michigan.
