on one barn board, they are actually giving us props and due respect for having a solid team thus far in the season. some of them envied the fact we are playing "old-school" football with a punishing running game and tough defense. most are wanting to go back to that type of football.
they all agreed that if AU continues to play the way they are playing, they are going to have their butts handed to them in Tuscaloosa!

don't look now, but their camp is now divided over Tubs. there is a hot debate whether to keep ears or hire a coach who can elevate them to the next level. most want Franklin gone!!:rolleye2:

Do they not realize their success over the past decade is all related to the turmoil in our program (probation, multiple coaching changes, etc.)? The only thing they can show for it is an undefeated season, 6 wins against us, the people's national championship and a couple of SEC titles.

Isn't the barn tied with Ole Sis in SEC Titles? You'd think with all of that tradition they have more. Just a thought.......

yup, tied with Ole Sis and just one more than GA Tech, which of course left the SEC 29 years ago

4 different SEC Title winners in the last 4 years... if that doesn't speak volumes of a competitive conference then nothing does. Let's hope we keep that trend going and add our name beside the one for 08!

I'll wait til we actually beat them to talk some smack. We haven't exactly owned them of late in case some have forgotten.
You nailed that. I think we have a solid team with an outstanding coaching staff but we have been down this road before. 2005 comes to mind and maybe even 2002. I may start drinking the Kool-aid if we can knock off LSU at their house, but until then, I will keep my mouth shut and just smile.

We're cheating? Who's there source? Where's their proof?

If I were them, I'd be worried more about that lackluster offense rather than falsely accusing Alabama... ANOTHER TEAM!
Fun fact, Mark Ingram and Julio Jones have combined for more touchdowns this season than the entire Auburn offense.

Guys, I just can't bring myself to register on a cowbarn website. It would be saying that I'm interested in what they have to say. It would be like wading in a cesspool. I don't keep up with them at all. Last week, when a couple of aubie co-workers wanted to talk about Bama going to Georgia to get our whupping, I just smiled and told 'em we would see about that. Then I asked, "By the way, who are ya'll playing this Saturday? How's that high school offense working for you?" :eek2: I just don't care about their opinions. It strikes me funny that they stay so concerned with what's going on at Alabama.

Auburn has scored three offensive touchdowns total in their last three games.
Alabama has scored three touchdowns in a single quarter in two consecutive games.
