Kind of nice to hear someone give an honest evaluation of his team.

I agree that his team needed to hear that, and probably in saltier terms. Sometimes, there's just no substitute for profanity.

However, Leadership 001 says that it would have been far more effective had it not been delivered in a public press conference.
