I hate to say this, but it looks like about 85 or 90 lbs of his total weight is pure gut.

I feel sorry for both Spencer and his family. He got manipulated by Trooper Taylor and made a terrible decision. And yes i know he acted like a real punk but it seems like the auburn coaches are the ones that kind of stir that up (see zeke pike).
Anyway, i wish the kid well, but i just cant help to feel sorry for him.

I'm not down for piling on to a guy just a few months past prom. Bama's had her share of guys with similar bodies!

Of interest however is Clemson's offensive strategy change spoken of David Smith focused on maintaining offense's fast pace » OrangeandWhite.comSeems they're going to a hurry up quick pace trying for 80-85 plays per game approach. No way Regions sees the field this year or soon unless he gets things well in hand if Clemson sticks with this approach. The linked article mostly deals with the required conditioning for OLs in the new approach... yikes! Hope he pulls it together and gets and education at the least.
