No defense in the country is stopping Bama on offense. Maybe a punt or two, but there's a reason this team s has scored 35+ in 24 straight games and 50+ in four of the last five games.
Bama will roll.
That would mean Golding is going to have to improve his game. If Trask would have been more of a runner they could have QB run us all the way down the field all game Saturday. It was what Saban continued to get in the ear of Golding about. Anytime they would come to the line and there was only six in the box, they would run the QB between the tackles. Yet we've got a DC who seems to be unable to make adjustments real time and one certain LB who honestly I have no idea if has any clue what is actually taking place on the field. That's not even counting the too many times we had secondary players just fall down without any contact. Just trip over air and fall down, or lose their balance on the slightest juke move leaving wide open receivers down field.
I have no doubt Clemson will see this on film and will test this early on to see if we've made any adjustments. Especially seeing their QB's talents plays more into doing this than Florida's. Trust me, I would LOVE TO call Crow's Diner back and get the reservation back. But I have my doubts I'll have to do that. Bama's offense better be ON and I mean ON because Venebles may only need one or two punts out of our offense to win it.
Early assessemnt= It will take 50+ by Bama's offense and Mac, N Harris and D Smith having a repeat performance of the LSU game to make up for what will more than likely happen to Golding.
