SURVEY: Checking Tidefans @ work

I was just curious how many of us take a break while at work every now and then to come on here and read or post something. If you do is it everyday? If everyday is it multiple times in a day? :eek2: Is there anything else you check regularly while at work: stocks, nfl teams, play yahoo games? I am only curious because a guy here at work got busted for using his company computer for personal use while at work. :conf2: But I think it was a matter of him getting absolutely no work done at all.

I do sometimes. Depends on how busy I am. But I try not to let it interfere with work in that I don't get my assignments done.

Checking tidefans at work is almost an art for me. It has to be done at precisely the right time. If the office is too busy then of course there is no way but if the office it really slow then everyone is milling about and will see what you are up to.

I also have a personalized stock ticker to keep track of my holdings. That is tolerated at my office but not encouraged. Occasionally during a lunch break I'll play a game on spades on yahoo.

There are times in the year that checking this site is a must at work.

1. National Signing day for football
2. Holidays. (Nobody is here an nothing gets done anyway)
3. The rare event that something gets mentioned at work concerning Bama. ( I live in Orlando)

There are some guys here like RTO and a couple of others that must keep it open because they respond at all times during the day and with lightning precision. OR maybe they work at home or are domestic engineers!

I do. I live in a house divided. Wife is for ND, Step children are AU. I'll have to say the X and I reared our children right, they are both Bama fans!!! :biggrin2:

is my office during the day but i get to come home everyday for lunch. i'm on TideFans reading for a few minutes of my hour lunch.

Guilty as charged. I do check in the morning before everyone gets in. Sometimes I check during the slow times. I usualy only spend 10-15 minutes per day on this board, if any.

at least once! At work I scanlooking for something of interest. When I get home I read all of the new posts.
