i wouldnt miss wide open looks either and esp when i get 3 chances at it. we are down 22. we are just not very good.

They can't miss my ###!!! We give every team we play a 5 foot cushion to shoot 3s at will. When the opponent shoots 40 uncontested three pointers a game and hit just 30% of them it WILL seem like they are hot. It's like Gottfried would rather give up 28 three pointers than ONE lay up. He has no concept AT ALL of on ball defense. We just let the other team run their offense with no pressure on the ball and allow them a 5 foot cushion to shoot threes all day long. We're currently down by 21 points and instead of going after the ball and harrassing the heck out of Vandy, we let them run their entire offense at will and hope they miss their wide open shot. It's ridiculous how we waste talent with poor coaching.
