No Bama Fan Should Have Any Mercury On Tenn And Phat Phil.

Do You Remmeber This??

"they Will Be Out Of Business In 2 Years?"

Fulmer And The Sec Wanted Bama In Its Grave, If You Do Not Think So , Just Remember The Above Quote.

Fulmer And Roy Went To Bed With The Devil To Destroy Alabama Football.

Never, Never, Never Should A Bama Fan Forget What Phillip Fulmer, The Sec, And The Ncaa Did To Us.

Folks Have Pitty With Any Tenn Fan You Wish To, But Watch Your Back, As Soon As You Turn Around They Will Stab You And Call You And Our Beloved Bear Bryant Cheaters!

I Have Very Very Good Friends In Gatlinburg And Knoxville, Today I Got An Email From A 70 Year Old Man Who Is A Vol Fan And Once Again My Team Was Called A Cheater.

I Will Never Have Respect For The Vol Program As Long As They Have Fulmer Leading.

And Dont Kid Yourselves, Some Say They Want Him Out, But Deep Down They Want Him To Be With Them For Life Because He Turned In Us. In The Vol Nation Eyes, Hes A Hero Because He Stopped Bama From Cheating. "which Has Never Really Been Proven On Paper"

I Just Wonder How Many Players Have Been Bought By Phat Phil And His Crew???

Wonder If We Will Ever Know?

Roll Tide, I Hope Nd, Sc, Ky, And Vandy Beat The Living Snot Out The Vols.

Its Very Shameful To See Any Bama Fan Feeling Pity For A Tenn Poster Or Anyone Else In Their Program.

We Were Suppose To Be Dead For At Least 10 Years In Fulmers Eyes.

Guess What??? We Are Not Dead, Nor Is Florida And Esp. The Biggest Thorn In His Side, The Georgia Bulldogs.

Now Another Thron Enters, His Name Is Steve And In Time, He Will Get The Best Of The Phat Phil.

Roll Tide, 6-3, Thanks Coach Shula And The Crimson Tide Football Team.

My Bama friend and I discussed this very thing today...This reminds me SO much of Bama '00...Tons of expectations, tons of talent, just not our year
At least you have one big win, LSU, this year (and that was on the road no less). Our '00 team did not have a big win.

:p Reversal of programs. Bama is heading to HIGH GROUND in the years ahead. TENNESSEE is dropping quickly to no top 25 rankings and fourth place in the SEC East behind UGA, UF, and USC! Isn't that GREATT!!!!! Vol recruiting will fall off and the Vols will battle for pride with Vandy and Kentucky. : :p

I think we did whip Tuberville that year. ;)

Tennessee, the period you were asking about was 1969 and 1970. Alabama went 6-5, then 6-5-1.

In 1971, Bryant switched to the Wishbone offense and began full scale racial integration. Alabama ran off a string of 7 SEC titles and national titles in 1973, 1978 and 1979.

Times have changed though.

I have always thought that Bear was never given enough credit for the HUGE changes he made to bring Bama into the modern football era!

It's not pity. It's respect and empathy.

"Tennessee" and "UTJugHead" are good guys. We don't owe respect to Fulmer, Hamilton, Dickey, Kramer or anyone associated with the NCAA. But if someone comes onto our board and acts with some dignity and respect for us, they deserve the same treatment.

Nope. Tuberville and Auburn beat us 9-0 in what had to be one of the coldest games ever.
Not to mention miserable. That was probably the most miserable game I've ever attended. Sleet, cold, 3-7, DuBose and staff's fate already decided, and then on top of that, one of the flattest, most uninspired performances we've seen in a long, long time.

Bama '00 was due mainly to poor coaching. The symptoms were evident prior to the '00 season, but that just happened to be the year everyone was watching Bama so closely.

Or

Preseason ranking of #3 for a SEC team is a curse. Maybe worse than the SI curse. Any thoughts?

Cold isn't the word. It was like 33 degrees with rain and sleet. That was my last year in the MDB, and at halftime my uniform was soaked and getting icy. That game was miserable all the way around.
