Sark should definitely use this against the powers that be in Big Hat to tell them either he gets to hire whoever he wants regardless of past affiliations or he gone.
UT has a culture problem (Texas as a whole, probably) with entitlement and that will take a monumental, Herculean effort to ever change. Until that changes they will always suck.

Saw this stat on ESPN.com today:

Since 2008:

• Texas has had 3 OL drafted, 0 in first round
• Vanderbilt has had 6& 1
• Alabama has had 19 & 8
  

If there is any meaningful explanation for TX’s inability to succeed it has to be the above.
