You mean when she made those allegations in March 2020 after telling an entirely different story in April 2019 and limiting it to "running his finger up her neck"? That's a LONG WAY from "forcibly sexually abusing," not that clown boy here is interested in the truth, either.
Reade told Vox her story in 2019, and they researched it but couldn't corroborate it.
She suddenly comes up with forcible assault on March 25, 2020 - AFTER the nomination had already been all but sealed for Biden.
So this hack is as bad as those he's criticizing.
He got almost every "fact" wrong, but sure.
The reason I think Swalwell is guilty is simply because he's used the Democratic code words of "mistakes in judgment" which is supposed to cover anything non-criminal like "I was sleeping with mistresses." It's from the Bill Clinton manual.
The allegations are enough that he must end his campaign for governor but it’s ok to hang around in congress.

It's like years ago when NJ Governor Jim McGreevey HAD to resign as governor because he was gay (???), but his resignation wasn't official until after September 3 - so they weren't allowed to have a November special election. Instead, Democrats kept the office.
